Introduction:Understanding the consumer behavior and needs are the bases to support the decision of market strategy and design priority. For this purpose, be a superior designer, he must have an insight into the complex mind of consumers and exactly predict and explain their behavior. This awareness will help designer to create appropriate products that are users really need. The scheduled progress of this course includes textbook reading, open discussion, practical design case report and practical practices related to design.
